General Terms & Conditions
Le Pavillon – Guest House
Thank you for choosing Le Pavillon.
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone, please read the following terms and house rules carefully.
1. Purpose & Booking
These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking and stay arrangements at Le Pavillon – Guest House.
A booking becomes effective only once full payment for the stay has been made via the website.
By confirming a booking, guests fully and unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the House Rules.
2. Accommodation Capacity
The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 2 guests, plus one baby.
Only persons registered on the booking are permitted to stay overnight in the accommodation.
Any undeclared overnight guest or any breach of the maximum occupancy may constitute a serious breach of the House Rules and may result in termination of the stay, without refund, where justified by the seriousness of the breach.
Visits by persons who are not included in the booking are subject to the provisions set out in Section 6 – House Rules.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €300 is required for all direct bookings made through the Le Pavillon website.
The security deposit is secured by credit or debit card through Swikly and must be completed upon receipt of the request and no later than 48 hours before check-in.
For bookings made less than 48 hours before arrival, the security deposit must be secured immediately and, in all cases, before access to the accommodation is granted.
Securing the deposit does not result in a charge or a block of funds on the guest’s bank card.
The security deposit may be used to cover justified costs resulting from damage to the accommodation, furniture or equipment, missing or damaged items, excessive cleaning, or a breach of these General Terms and Conditions or the House Rules.
If a claim is necessary, the guest will be informed of the reason for the claim and the amount requested. Any amount claimed will take into account the nature of the damage or breach and the actual costs incurred.
The accommodation access code will only be provided once the security deposit has been successfully secured.
4. Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the legislation applicable to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, guests do not benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
All bookings are firm and final once confirmed.
In the event of cancellation by the guest, any amounts paid are non-refundable, unless the owner exceptionally agrees otherwise or mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
Any security deposit that has been secured will be released in the event of cancellation of the stay.
